Indian Public Health Association (IPHA), Local Branch, School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh is organizing a Symposium on “Save Lives. Make Hospital Safe in Emergencies” on the 7th April, 2009 in the School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh to mark World Health Day, 2009. 

Dr. Rajesh Kumar (Prof. & Head) School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh and President IPHA, will welcome and deliver Inaugural Address. The speakers in the Symposium will be Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Medical Superintendent, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr. Shiva Nanda, Lecturer, Center for Defense and National Security Studies, PU, Chandigarh & Dr. P.V.M Lakshmi, Assistant Professor of Epidemiology, School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
