House-Keeping Services outsourcing at PGIMER, Chandigarh

The PGIMER, Chandigarh intends to outsource the housekeeping services for Hospital patient care at the Institute in an area spread over 152322.53 Square Meters (approximately).

Expression of Interest need be submitted by the eligible bidders, who shall meet the following eligibility criterion:-

1. All agencies who are providing similar kind of services at last for the last three consecutive years and having annual average turnover of not less than Rs. 30 Lakh during the last three financial years as per their books of accounts.

2. The bidder should have completed similar works satisfactorily in any of the Department/Autonomous Institutions/Universities/Public Sector Undertakings of the Government of India or Union Territory, Chandigarh or any other state government or Public sector banks or local bodies/ Municipalities in a financial year as follows:-

1. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.10 Lack; or

2. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 20 Lakh; or

3. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 30 Lakh.

Details scope of work and other terms and conditions can be procured from the General Branch (Establishment), M.S. Office, Nehru Hospital, PGIMER, Chandigarh by 06.02.2010 at 12.00 (Noon) on paying of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in the shape of demand draft in favour of the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Medical Institute Branch, Chandigarh.

EOI should be submitted by 08.02.2010 at 04.00 P.M.

After Scrutiny of documents, a meeting will be conducted with the eligible bidders before floating Notice Inviting Tender.  Eligible bidders who submit Expression of Interest and are found suitable on scrutiny of their documents shall be eligible to obtain Tender document and quote their rates.
